Sale Details
Our sale will be held on February 28th at 3:00PM Pacific Time. All varieties will show as “Out of Stock” until the sale opens. The site will be password protected the day of the sale for inventory updates before the sale opens.
We are a small farm, so unfortunately some varieties will sell out quickly. We know shopping online dahlia sales can be stressful, so we ask for your patience and understanding if you're not able to snag everything on your list.
We hope to provide a restock sale opportunity later this spring after finalizing our 2026 field plan and recounting tubers. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to hear about restocks!
Ordering
Products are not reserved in your cart before you complete checkout, so it’s possible for varieties to sell out after you’ve added them to your cart. We use Shop Pay as our checkout platform and accept all major credit cards. We recommend configuring your shipping and payment details in advance of the sale for the smoothest checkout experience. We don’t support making adjustments to orders after purchase. We allow cancellations by email request within 14 days of placing your order, but all cancelled orders incur a 20% restocking fee.
Quality Guarantee
Providing you with high-quality tubers is our first priority! Each tuber is hand-inspected by us multiple times between dividing and shipment. We guarantee the tubers you receive to be viable, free of rot, true to variety, with at least one visible eye. Please inspect your tubers when you receive them and notify us via email (not social media) of any concerns within 7 days of delivery. We ask that include photos of your tuber(s) and product packaging in your email. We are committed to your satisfaction with your order and will make all reasonable attempts to make it right if something does go wrong. We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper storage conditions after your order is received, poor soil condition or other growing conditions, natural weather events, etc.
Due to limited inventory, we are not able to offer replacements or substitutions, so tubers determined to be problematic will be refunded. If stock loss during storage prevents us from fulfilling your order, we will refund you in full.
We commit to working through any concerns with you with patience and kindness, and only ask the same in return!
Shipping
We ship within the United States only, to all 50 states via USPS. Flat-rate shipping is $16.00 per order. We don’t offer a local pick-up option this year. We will ship tubers in April once freezing temperatures have ended in your region.
We are excited to offer combined order shipping by default, no codes or requests required! If you place multiple orders under the same name and address, you will automatically receive free shipping after your first order. Our checkout system will know that you’ve placed a prior order in this sale and will automatically discount the shipping to $0. You must use the same name and address during checkout for this to work correctly. Orders placed under multiple names/addresses will not be combined after checkout.
Order Limits
As we are a small farm, some varieties are especially limited. To spread the joy of these varieties as far as possible, we’ve placed limits on some. You’ll see these clearly indicated on the product listing page below the variety name and price. Limits are per-household and we ask that you please respect them. All orders that don’t respect these limits are subject to cancellation and refund.
Virus Management
Our farm is inspected and licensed by the Washington State Department of Agriculture. We source our stock carefully from trusted growers who share a commitment to healthy plants and virus management. During the growing season, we make every effort to promptly remove any plants showing visible sign of disease. We sanitize our tools with Virkon® S Broad Spectrum Disinfectant between cutting stems and dividing tubers to prevent virus spread. That said, dahlias, like many propagated plants, can still carry viruses or other diseases without showing visible symptoms. We cannot guarantee that tubers are completely free of viruses. Additionally, environmental conditions, soil health, weather, pests, and growing practices all influence plant performance and health once tubers leave our care. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or replacements for issues related to disease or performance after planting.
Licensed Seller
As we explore hybridizing new dahlia varieties ourselves, we appreciate the critical role creative hybridizers play in our community and gladly support their work through royalty payments from the tubers we sell.
We are currently a licensed seller for KA’s® (Santa Cruz Dahlia’s) trademarked varieties, and look forward to expanding our voluntary support of other talented hybridizers as we grow.
